Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Sold a car. Buyer gave a deposit and signed a promisory note to pay balance by a certain date. The date came and went. He has not paid the balance nor has he registered the car in his name. The car is still in my name and the dmv is sending me letters regarding the insurance. Since the car is still in my name can I get it back?
