Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Is it possible to sue and/or get my money (loan) back from a vocational school where I feel the teacher is incompetent? The class is a 6 month program and I quit after 1 month. There were 22 students and after I just left there are 12 students. This tells me they were unhappy with the program too.

You have nothing to lose by trying that in small claims court. Present your evidence to the judge.
