Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I want to sue At&T Local and Long Distance!
We have At&T for both our local and long Dist. phone service, we switched to them when they 1st started offering local service in SF. Well from the first bill we received to present (18 months now) our bills would have errors, some very high $$ amounts from incorrect charges, charges for things we never asked for, duplicate charges and so on. Each month I had to call and spend an hour+ to correct their errors. I finally contacted the PUC in SF who in turn just contacted them(AT&T) and ha them call me, which led to alot of phone tag because they never answer thir phone, only voice mail! This went on for a few months, during which our long dist. service was turned off by mistake, alot of stress dealing with them they right hand doesn't know what the left is doing!! Anyways, I again contacted PUC SF, again all they did is have AT&T call me. Everything repeats itself, service interuptions, still have billing errors, still every month and for 4 months they were not charging us for our local, statement on bill just said they are not putting local chgs. on this bill but next one will have it but 4 months later our bill had chgs.

That is pretty std with ATT. Just how much more abuse do you want? There must be a reason you wont switch companies, I just cant imagine what it is.
