Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Telemarketing Fraud

I signed up tih an agency over the phone that gauranteed me a 1500.00 lon in 9 days. Through great effort on my part and 100.00 later. I did not get the loan and asked for a refunt . the web site went down, and after contacting the BBB they informed that this company's assets were seized by the FCC for misrepresentation and fraud, pending investigation. I filed a claim with them and the BB but I do not know what to do further. Through this misrepresentation I ended up having a closed bank account 800.00 and 1500.00 in serious debt. I want my refund back and punitive damages for their misrepresentation and fraud.
