Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I really need to know if i can have my trailer in my driveway and hooked up to electricity there is an out side plug for use for out side equipment to run on, it has its own circut breaker the rest room and kicthen facilitys in the trailer are not being used only air conditioner and tv and things like that are being used no sewerage are hooked up the inside house facilitys are used for bathing and cooking it is manly for sleeping is it against the law to use it for that perpose.

If it is in your own driveway and used as you state, why would you think there is a problem? Is this a rental property? Are you renting the space to someone else who uses the trailer? If so, does your lease have a clause for no sub-letting? Does the trailer block access to the property? Does it block a sidewalk? Could it be considered an eyesore to neighbors?
