I was a victim of sexual harassment at work and I feel like I am the guilty party.I work for City of Los Angeles .If someone could help me please answer I speak Spanish.

If you were a victim, you need to formally report it to management and HR, and you need to file a Complaint with the local Department of Fair Employment and Housing. In addition to both those things, you may have grounds for a lawsuit. You need to consult with an experienced attorney to discuss the facts and your rights.
