Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I am a visitor at a nursing facility where my parent is. I have sent written complaints/issues to management about the unsafe conditions and negligence that my parent has been exposed to for the past 3-4 months. And just recently, I called the police on them to report unsafe conditions that my parent was subjected too. And now, I heard that management from the nursing facility are going to bar be from visiting my parent during the day time, and only allow me to visit my parent at night when my older sibling is with me. Do I have grounds to sue the facility for 1.) Revitalization in violation of public policy, or some other related causes of actions.
