Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I work for a huge retailer and I was a witness to an obvious physical interaction between an hourly associate and mgr... I am also a mgr and the incident was reported and supposedly handled.. But they never interviewed me the only other witness and asked me not to discuss it again.. I've been with my company almost 7 yrs as a mgr this is not the first incident swept under the rug.. There's so much more...but they've already changed my schedule and I feel on eggshells

I understand why you're uncomfortable, but it's not clear what you're asking. What kind of "physical interaction" did you see? Was it sexual in nature? Was it non-consensual? Do you think the manager might do the same thing again? Do you believe your rights are in jeopardy?

If this was just 'normal' physical fights or problems, you have no legal protections. If it involved race, age, sex, etc under the discrimination laws, to which you were a witness or whistelblower, then witnesses have legal protection against retaliation, If that is the case, feel free to contact me for legal help with your rights and remedies. .
