Legal Question in Health Care Law in California

5150 Involuntary Hold Records

I was committed on a 5150 involuntary hold 2 years ago and I was wondering:

1) Where this will show up on my public records?

2) Who will have access to them?

3) How long will the involuntary hold remain on the record?

Any help much appreciated.

Re: 5150 Involuntary Hold Records

Forget about buying firearms, ever, but I doubt that it would show up on most employer background checks unless you are applying to be an FBI agent.
