Hepatitus C
Is it illegal if you do not disclose that you have Hepatitis C to sexual partners? I was recently told by a partner that he has it, but I was not told for several weeks after sexual intercourse. He has apparently had it for many years?

Unfortunately I cannot answer that question for you, however, it's time to rid yourself of this person and if you acquire this problem yourself you may sue.
