rights of a pregnant teen

I need to know the rights of a pregnant teen (16 years of age). I need to know if she has the right to live with who she wants to regardles of what her mom says. For instance if she wants to live with her boyfriends family. I also need to know if her boyfriend (18 years of age) will be in any legal trouble even though the girl consented to having sex. I would be very appreciative if you could answer these questions for me. Thank you.

The 16 year old should go down to court and fill out the court form to have herself determined to be an emancipated minor. The court clerk's office can provide the forms and explain how to get a hearing date.
