Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Adjustment Of Status for spouse of a USC

Owing to a long absence from USA, I was paroled in, on my last entry, and although I have had the Green Card for a long time (spouse of a USC), I had to voluntarily abandon it after a few days, during deferred inspection. I am now in USA with my husband and we have to retstart the process from scratch.

They stamped a 6 month B -2 visa on my passport. Which forms should I file now to beome a GC holder again?

You need to prepare an I-130 petition and an I-485 adjustment of status package.
