AS8 category permanent resident- any condition for this category to go back to country of origin for marriage purpose

There is no "AS8" category for permanent resident. You're referring to some other code. Please repost and explain what is it that you're trying to do. Are you asking if you have married a citizen and has to return to your country to obtain your green card? Or, you already have a green card? Your question is quite confusing.
