The US citizen wife find out husband have a first wife from Dubai and he want a devorce after he get his US citizen. What action she could do to her husband?

I am sorry to hear this.

Contact a divorce lawyer in your State and file for annulment of marriage (instead of divorce).

Bigamy is against the law in USA (even if it's legal in Dubai, UAE).

When your marriage is annuled, he can lose his US citizenship or permanent residency because it will prove that he wasn't eligible for permanent residency (green card) through marriage to you as he was already married abroad. And he didn't disclose his first marriage in the application for residency.
