Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I do not have a copy of form 9089 which was filed formy Labor certification and then with my I-140. M planning to switch employer using AC21 and hence want to make sure that my job speficiations remain similar to my earlier labor cretification. How can I obtain a copy of my 9089 from my lawyer.
