Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Can someone who has been deported 2 times and is currently in awaiting to go to federal prison for his deportations still become a us citizen, if he marries a us citizen?

In most cases the answer would be no. Once deported and if you return there would be a serious consequence and in some instances a bar to get any relief. I need more facts with regards to your planned marriage in order to respond accurately, however, the marriage has to be in good faith and not for avoiding deportation.
