Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

i was divorce before and have 1 girl, then i married my present husband but he does not want my girl to move to USA with me therefore he ask me to fill out the form as a single person, now he agree to let my daughter move to USA with me . MY question is :Can i change my DS156 so Icould petition for my daughter?

You need to consult with an immigration attorney before taking any action. You will have a significant risk of issues related to fraud from the prior forms that claimed you did not have a child. That is not to say that this can't be done - just that you need to know all that may happen in doing so.
