Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

As a f-1 student without EAD card (not in OPT), I am planning to register a company to conduct start-up importing business with Mainland China. I have SSN and enough starting capitals. I understand I should limit myself from engaging in any business operations. My question is that does my situation differentiate me from anyone else as in registering a s-corp at this early stage (planning). As it moves on, I will be hiring other people to operate and run my company, thus I'd become no more than a shareholder (and a founder). Does it imply any job duties related to business operation?

In what ways and how should I manage to do it. Can I hire general corporate lawyer to help me trough registering process, in other words, do I need to find a lawyer who's specialized in both incorporation and immigration.

Thank you all very much, I appreciate your precious time.
