First of all, you have to meet her in person. If you never met her face-to-face, you cannot petition her for a Fiancee visa.

Secondly, you have to be a USA citizen in order to file a Fiancee visa petition.

This is not the fastest, but correct way to bring a foreing fiancee to USA.

Please note that one of the requirements is that you should have previously met your financee in person within 2 years before the date of filing the K-1 petition. If you haven't met with her in person, you need to explain why such requirement should not apply to you.

We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.

Meeting your fiancee in person at least once within the last 2 years is a requirement to filing for the K-1 fiancee visa. It takes about 6-8 months for the fiancee visa process and you may find detailed information here:

Visit her, develop a relationship with her that can be documented and then file a K-1 fiancee petition. She could also try applying for another faster category, but would have to prove qualification for one of those independent of and not inconsistent with being a fiancee. One example would be as a temporary specialty worker (H-1B). This would involve a job offer in the U.S. There are other categories that might also apply.
