Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Fiance has a student visa

I am a US citizen. I met my fiance here in the US. She came on a student visa which is going to expire in about a month. Will it be a problem to get married here in the US because she only had a 90 day student visa to begin with? We're getting married regardless, but how much will it cost us?

Re: Fiance has a student visa

Since she enter the U.S. "inspected" (with a student visa), marrying her in the U.S. will not be a problem and she can adjust her status to permanent residence ("green card") without having to depart from the U.S.
