Me and My girlfriend have been going out for 7 years since high school. She came here when she was only 6 years old.Never been arrested.She works.Is there any way I can help her become U.S citizen

She needs to be a green card holder before applying for U.S. citizenship. If she has 245 (i) protection and you are a U.S. citizen, you might sponsoer her green card if she marries you.
