Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Green card process

Do all green card applicants need to go through biometrics or only the principal applicant?

If my wife's green card application was rejected, how will it affect my application? Will my application be rejected too? What's her chance for appeal?

We appreciate any advice as we're preparing to start our application. Thank you.

Re: Green card process

All green card applicants over age 14 and under 79 are subject to biometrics.

If principal is your wife, then yours would be too unless it involves a technical glitch that can be swiftly corrected before the government puts two and two together that dependents should also be rejected.
