Well depending on ICE you may be issued an NTA (Notice to Appear) for Immigration Court, because you are present in the United States out of status. It is important to consult with an immigration attorney. You may be able to get reinstated to F-1 status if you apply to another SEVIS approved university- and go through the reinstatement process with USCIS. I would recommend you consult with an immigration attorney.
