Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hi.I am a greek citizen.I've studied in U.S.A, CA.I also have a social security number.And after my studies i got the opt permission for work.Now my visa has expired.My opt expired as well.But my girlfriend lives in CA.So if i will visit America with the 3 months waiver program would it be possible to marry her?And what follows?Can i get the green card through my marriage to her?

Yes, if you are married to a US citizen (and you were admitted to USA) -- you will be able to apply for a green card (permanent residency) in the United States.
