Husband being deported after time served

I have been married for 6 years and my husband is currently serving a 7 year prison sentence for armed robbery. He is scheduled to be released in Feb. 2005. However INS is stating that he will be deported back to Guatamala after he is released. Is there anything I can do to keep him from being deported.
