Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

my husband has a work permit that will expire next month. He came in the country illegally in 1999 being a minor. He was able to get a work permit because his fathers employer submitted a petion for them to become a permanent resident. i am a us citizen and i am submitting an application for him to become a resident. how long will it take for him to get his workers permit renewed? What are the chances of him getting a green card? What are the chances of him getting deported?

If your husband is 245 (i) protected, he might apply for green card through your petition. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
