why my i130 petition from my father to me has been taking 16 years i was over 21 when i was was approved in 1994 and until this time my wac number is in post decision activity i really need to know what happen and what should to be done i m from mexico .thank you

You need to clarify who is your father (a US citizen or permanent resident) and whether you are married or single.

In any case, Mexico has a long waiting line. Currently, in most family-based visa categories for Mexico they process I-130 petitions (issue visas) to people whose relatives filed for them in 1992. If yours was filed in 1994, it means you need to wait for your visa number a little longer.
