immagration hold

my boyfriend has been arrested for terrarist threats and unlicence driver had a (F) charge and dropped to a (M) charge will he be deported he has been here since he was a baby (4mos.old) and is a high school grad. also has a voc.trade in dental assistant/x-ray tech. he currently was working in his trade and also has a son born in the U.S. we are also in considering marriage what would be the outcome to the best of your knowlegde.

If your boyfriend was accused of terrorist threats, that is extremely serious. I or other competent immigration counsel should be hired as well as criminal counsel.
