Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

My immigrant spouse of 5 yrs wants a divorce. can I block it, do I have to go thru it. We have children. on the other hand is showing the courts that in hind sight she never love me helpful or of no importance. is an annulment allowed in CA for these matters.

You cannot stop a divorce, it will eventually happen. Annulment is difficult if not impossible after 5 years. Try to work an arrangement that will benefit the children best if a divorce happens.
