Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

immigration

i petitioned my parents and they two minor siblings, is it possible if they can bring them here with my parents? the one is 16 and the other one is 18. thanx a lot!

Your two minor sibilings can't come with your parents even your parents get their immigrant visas. A separate petition must be filed either by you or by your parents.

You might consider other options while their own petitions are pending.

Maybe - I would take care of the siblings first as foreign students and then apply for parents' permanent residence. But as it seems you already filed for parents, then the kids might qualify for humanitarian parole. They don't qualify to come as students anymore nor can your parents bring them with their applications. The alternative is for your parents to bring them, but that takes longer.
