Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Can I be included in the I-130 petition?

My father is marrying his American fiancee. We came with tourist visas from our country. I am 19, can I be included as a dependant on his application? Thank you.

Re: Can I be included in the I-130 petition?

Yes, but you will need to have his fiance file a separate petition for you, okay. So, while you will be listed on your Dad's petition as his child, you will need to be petitioned separately. Good luck! (P.S. my previous response accidentally cut off without my having finished, so please forgive.)
