You can visit the USCIS website at: www.uscis.gov.

Click on "Forms" on the Home Page, then click on "I-130" on the Forms page. Once you get to the I-130 form page, click on the "download instructions" link, and that will provide you with information on how, what and where to file.

Good luck!

If the I-130 is based on a spouse as the Petitioner, generally, one needs to prove the marriage is valid. This can be done by providing joint documents showing a sharing of finances (bills, bank statements, taxes, etc.), and by providing a marriage certificate and photos together. If the I-130 is based on any other family relationship, then you need to provide documents showing the validity of the relationship of the Petitioner to the Beneficiary. A petitioner also needs to show proof of income to support the Beneficiary. If the Petitioner alone does not meet he minimum income requirements, a second person's income may be needed. These suggestions are not all-inclusive, but give you some idea of what is needed.
