Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

L1 to Green Card

I have received RFE mainly for 3 points.

1 i have Bought 1+ year old business and file GC USCIS dined my corporation actual need to do year + operation in us then can File GC

2 I own franchise & USCIS told not own and controlled by me this is not my business.

3 I am proprietor / owner of Indian Company they say I am not eligible for L1.

You seriously need serious immigration representation which you should have had early on. It appears that you have not met basic eligibility requirements which could have been simpler to meet prior to filing at all. I highly recommend you contact an expert in business immigration to assist you.

I am available for this, with close to 30 years experience. L-1A cases are usually not difficult intellectually and depending on how deep a hole you've dug, you should be able to get out of it. The question will be with how much pain?
