Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

becoming legal alien

What do I need to do to become a legal

resident of the US and go to college? I

am afraid my family will be deported if

we don't deal with our immigration

status. Thank you.

It is necessary to have more information to analyze your options. Were your eligibility to become legal be based on just the information provided, then all the millions of undocumented people would have the same path to becoming legal. You may or may not qualify and the manner depends on your unique situation.
