Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I got my legal permanent residency in 2005 through my citizen ex-husband .He divorced me in 2011 we have 3 kids together and my kids are born citizen now i want to apply my citizenship do i still need his affidavit of support letter and i'm continously living here in US since 2007 ?

No affidavit of support is required for naturalization. You should go ahead & apply now. You only need 3 yrs as a LPR if you got your greencard through marriage to a U.S. citizen.
