Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

so I m 16 I moved here from Toronto Canada about 2 years ago to go to highschool in california. I have exceeded my 6 months stay. and recently I decided I wanted to go back to visit. Would I be able to come back to the united states?

Theoretically, since you were out of status for one year or more, you would be barred from re-entering the United States for 10 years. However, if you entered by car, then chances are USCIS & CBP do not have a record of your entry. If you entered by air, then they will have a record, & thus, your re-entry could be denied.
