Since you are married (assuming you are a U.S. citizen), your spouse will have to enter with an immigrant visa. The processing time for an immigrant visa can be about 5-9 months. If you have any questions or would like assistance with your wife's immigrant visa processing, please feel free to contact me at 415-273-9123 or [email protected].

If you are a U.S. citizen, your spouse will need an immigrant visa to come in. The processing time takes at least eight months from start to finish.
