i missed my court date about 2 years ago...but should be pardoned this year....the reason why i couldnt fix was because of my criminal record
if i dont have my case re-opened yet....can a police officer find it in his patrol about my deported in absence if im walking down the street?Type your question here...

If you have an order of deportation out, then yes, you could be arrested at any time. It's unclear what you mean when you say you should be "pardoned this year".
