SO HES NOT EVEN ELLIGIBLE FOR BAIL BECAUSE OF THE BORDER PATROL HOLD AND THATS BECAUSE HE WAS CHARGED WITH INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER AND DID 5 YEARS IN PRISON AND WAS ORDERED TO BE DEPORTED, BUT UKRAINE NOT HAVE HIS PAPERWORK SO THEY CANT SHIP HIM OFF. HES BEEN OUT OF PRISON FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND REGULLARLY CHECKED IN WITH I.N.S.

I AM A CITIZEN AND HIS FIANCE NOT TO MENTION WE HAVE A CHILD TOGHETHER...I READ SOMEWERE THAT IF HOLD SHOWS UP THAT MIGHT NOT BE A HOLD AT ALL AND THE INS IS MERELY INVESTIGATING NOT REQUESTING THAT THE PERSON BE DETAINED AND HELD? BUT TO FIND THIS OUT YOU MUST OBTAIN A COPY? OF THE ORDER OR HOLD IM NOT SURE HOW TO GO ABOUT THIS PROCESS?

I MADE APPT ONLINE W INS TODAY FOR ONE 'O' CLOCK THIS AFTERNOON CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? I DONT WANT TO GET HIM IN ANY MORE TROUBLE OR SAY THE WRONG THING?

OWE HE ALSO HAS A CODEFENDENT IN THIS CASE WHICH IS THE MAIN PERSON IN THEESE CRIMES, HES OUT ON BAIL WITH MULTIPLE CASES GOING ON AT THE SAME TIME WITH OTHER CODEFENDANTS IN OTHER MATTERS. YET DA OFFERED HIM 6 MONTHS TO MY FIANCES 3 YEARS!!! IM GUESSING THE STRIKE ON HIS RECORD?
