Is it legal in Los Angeles to knowingly rent to an illegal alien?

Have you been cited?

There is no per se violation, but if other criminal activity occuring, ie smuggling, you could loss your property re forfeiture laws.If you are located in Orange, San Diego or Imperial counties, you can email me your contact info, so we can discuss your particular situation. Yes, and nearly everywhere, plus in Hazelton, PA where the original lawsuit was filed on that issue, it was found to be an illegal law.
