Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I have a small company and I want to file H1-B

I have a small coompany doing business for almost two years. My income from that company is lower that 100K last year but I want to expand by business by filing H1-B visa. Can I file H1 form such a small company. If no then what is required, if yes then what is process and your fee.

Thanks

Venu

If you can pay preveiling wage...it should be fine.

You might be able to petition for an H-1B employee. I would need to know more about your circumstances. To discuss those threshold issues, including fees, contact me at (619) 595-0888.

Small companies can file H1Bs, even though it does not have big profit yet, as long as you do it right. My firm has done quite a few of H1Bs for new businesses. Please email or call me so that we can discuss in detail.

Thank you for your email. If you are able to pay the prevailing wage, your expenses, etc. it is possible to do so. I would need to discuss with you a number of issues in advance of accepting your case. Our office routinely handles H-1B filings and we would be pleased to assist you.

Please feel free to contact me directly at 619.233.0900.
