Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

sponsoring my sister.

Iam a US citizen naturalized through work,both my parents just got their green card thru my older brother and will be arriving here in few days.(they have been here earlier with a visitor visa).

I want my only sister left in Pakistan to be naturalized, mostly to take care of my kids as I have a very demanding profession.What are the chances of changing her status if she comes with a visitors visa? Which form do I use in order to apply for the change of status from visitor to green card?

Well, a visitor can't work here, and besides, the maximum stay is only 6 months so your sister has to go back anyway. As for her getting a green card, it isn't as simple as you described to just do papers to "change her status." She has to qualify for a green card on her own, just as your parents did through your brother. Unfortunately, while the category of parents of a U.S. citizen over 21 is fast, the category of one sibling petitioning for another sibling is taking at least 11 years right now for a visa to become available. So, if you or your brother has not petitioned for her yet, she'll have to wait for a long long time.
