Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

statutory declaration for Australia Immigration Purpose

I am applying for Australia Immigration. Since one of the requirement is to get Police Clearance certificate from countries where I have stayed. I got a police clearance from Singapore. Singapore Police Clearance certificate shows the clearance is for canada immigration, since I had thought of applying for canada immigration earlier. Now I require a ''statutory declaration'' saying I have never been to canada (my passport pages will support the following) and also from the time I got my police clearance certificate from singapore I have never entered singapore(my passport pages will support this). Please help me in getting this ''statutory declaration'' from a attorney (I don't know if there is one around sunnyvale).

Thanking you.
