Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Taking my son Mexcio after deportation

I have a baby and I have never been married or live together to his dad. He visits the baby every other week for 3 hours I am illegal and he is legal resident. If I get deported can I take my son with me, or he gets full custody because the baby is a legal citizen?

There is no reason why you cannot take your child with you if you are deported, but what makes you think you will be deported? Have you talked with an immigration attorney yet? I recommend you do -- you may be eligible for a benefit and not know it. If not, then you will know for sure. Good luck!
