If you have a green card holder, you might apply for citizenship. However, if not, your mom might be able to petition you for a green card, if you meet the other requirements. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.

If your mother is a U.S. citizen she can petition for you to become a Legal Permanent Resident. If you already have a green card, then you can apply for citizenship.
