visa aproval

my son is a minor and we got legalization through my oldest son, we had an application running from 13 years in which my wife was sponsor through his brother, in the application from his brother my young son was cover and even he got a visa approval toget the green case, bust since we arreange triugh our oldest son nobody told us to include our younger son, what could we do to arrenge this problem

If your son is still under 18 years old and there's a relative petition approved on his behalf, he may be entitled to apply for permanent residence ("green card"). It depends on whether the priority date is current and whether he needs to apply inside the U.S. or in his home country.
