Waiver time

How long will it take to accept or denied waiver for i-601. My husband has been waiting for 10month in mexico how much longer thanks

It can take a while and depends on various factors. We can look into it for you but don't normally recommend that unless you're aware of a potential problem.

Time is probably not on his side. It's very difficult to know what's happened without reviewing the file. It's like asking for a diagnosis on a patient by a doctor without doing an examination. I recommend that you choose to work with someone such as myself to sort you through this. It would be bad to have to re-do this since you're separated. I have excellent luck with such cases, which at their heart turn on how much hardship there is to you as a result of your separation or the idea of you being forced to move to Mexico.
