Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Wife married me for convenience - what can I do

Hello,

I have been married to a non US citizen for 1.5 years. I sponsored her and she is presently a conditional resident. Prior to our marriage she lost custody of her child to her ex-husband in her home country. I spent a lot of time and effort getting her child reunited with her up here, and after I accomplished that I am now realizing that the reason she married me was to get her child back. She is now attempting to have affairs and meet other men. The questions I have are as follows:

1. Can I have her residency status revoked?

2. If so, how do I start this?

3. What evidence or information do I need to back up my claim?

4. Is it better to divorce her and have her status revoked that way?

5. When her status is removed, how does the process of deportation occur?

thanks
