If you get married, you'd be applying for a K-3 spouse visa.

If you are going to marry in Fiji -- you can NOT file for a Fiancee visa (K-1) because you will be already married. If you want to file for a K-1 visa, you should not marry in Fiji, but plan on doing so in USA after your fiancee's arrival.

If you do marry in Fiji, upon your return to USA, you will have to file an Alien Relative petition for an immigrant visa.

K-3 visa is obsolete and not advisable, as you can proceed by filing for an Immigrant visa (green card) instead.
