Will my friend be deported due to he was arrested for under the incluence ond possesion of a controlled substance and was given a d.e.j. program. but not released cause in 2008 arrested in santa cruz county for 11350hs and driving no liscense.so instead of being released he was transferred to santa cruz. immigration put a hold on him. why wont they give him a chance to finish his program if it could be cleared ffrom his record for immigration purposes?

Why give him a chance to finish his program? Your friend came to this country and can't stop breaking our laws. How many chances is he supposed to get?
